This project involved the comprehensive remodel of an existing Earth Fare grocery store to meet updated brand standards and operational requirements. The scope included selective demolition, installation of new interior finishes, upgraded refrigeration and food service equipment, lighting enhancements, MEP system modifications, and reconfiguration of departments and merchandising areas. Exterior work encompassed facade improvements, signage updates, and site accessibility upgrades. The remodel was completed in carefully planned phases to minimize disruption to store operations, with a strong emphasis on safety, cleanliness, and coordination with store management.
