This project involved the interior and exterior renovation of an existing Lowe’s Foods retail location. The scope of work included selective demolition, updated finishes, fixture relocation, refrigeration upgrades, MEP modifications, and compliance with current ADA and life safety standards. Exterior improvements included new signage, facade enhancements, and parking lot updates. All work was completed while maintaining store operations, requiring strategic phasing, careful safety coordination, and minimal disruption to customers and staff.
