This project involved the complete renovation and conversion of an existing retail space into a fully operational Food Lion grocery store. The scope of work included selective demolition, interior remodeling, and upgrades to the mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems. It also included the installation of commercial refrigeration units and the reconfiguration of floor layouts to align with Food Lion’s corporate specifications. Exterior work encompassed facade enhancements, new signage installation, and site improvements such as parking lot repairs and ADA compliance upgrades. All construction activities were carried out in accordance with Food Lion’s construction standards and timeline requirements, ensuring a seamless transition and on-time store opening.
