This project involved the renovation of a single-story, metal-framed Food Lion building featuring noncombustible CMU exterior walls and insulated flooring. Exterior work included removing the existing curved façade and canopy and replacing them with a new metal-framed EIFS facade designed to match the current store prototype. Interior renovations included reconfiguring spaces, installing a new CO₂ refrigeration system and cases, and updating décor and finishes.
