The new ABC Store in Rockwell, NC, was a ground-up construction project featuring a single-story, 5,000–8,000 sq. ft. building with a modern brick and masonry facade, structural steel framing, and energy-efficient systems. The scope of work included a spacious retail sales floor, back-of-house storage, a loading area, and site improvements such as grading, utilities installation, stormwater management, landscaping, and a paved parking lot.
